The entire service process of our company is divided into pre-sales phase, manufacturing phase, installation phase and after-sales maintenance.
Have good communication with customers to understand the detailed information of the target product, the desired output, confirm the appropriate blow molding machine model and provide a quotation for the entire project. Resolve all misunderstandings or possible errors at this stage. For novice customers, we share our experience and propose economical production plans to ensure everything is correct from the beginning.
In the order manufacturing stage, we will continuously report to customers the production progress from rack manufacturing to loading and delivery, especially the test report for each mold debugging. At the same time, we also provide the production line layout and work flow chart according to the customer's factory size. Customers will have a clear impression and prepare for the layout of the workshop and production area.
After customer inspection and acceptance, we arrange loading and delivery, collect all documents for customs declaration, and also help customers with customs clearance. According to customer requirements, engineers can be dispatched for installation, commissioning and training, and suggestions are made to guide customers' production processes and work arrangements.
We provide a one-year warranty, all problems caused by our cause will be responsible for us, problem solutions, parts replacement and express delivery costs will be solved by our side.
